Author of Cravings! Your Guide to Freedom from the Agonizing Urge to Splurge, Sheryl was host of the alternative health show, Living Healthy. She also wrote monthly health columns for SOCO Magazine for several years.
Sheryl served as CEO of a Massachusetts community health center for 14 years, before she took the leap 12 years ago to follow her dream career as a health coach and her passion – to help women and men live vibrant, healthy and passionate lives.
She continues her mission of helping others by writing for those in the health and wellness field. Her background in healthcare writing has been nearly life-long. She has written thousands of news releases, newsletters for healthcare systems, her own blogs and articles and federal grants.
Sheryl’s background includes a Master’s in Public Health, with a concentration in Behavioral Change from Boston University; a BA in journalism from Oakland University, and a BS in psychology from Grand Valley State.
